Offer free local delivery and pick-up for our accounts. Our normal turnaround is 5-10 business days depending on appliance type.

We bill monthly with payments due on the 10th of each month.

All appliances will be repaired or replaced free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment if materials workmanship is found to be defective.

-please note: we do ask for the original model used to fabricate the appliance to determine weather the issue stemmed from an irregular model or faulty workmanship.

Our lab slips contain three separately colored copies in white, yellow, and pink. Please retain the pink copy for your records while the appliance is being fabricated. We will send you the yellow copy back with an itemized invoice and retain the whit copy for our records.
